For the design of the communication plan of a new retail and entertainment center, the client agreed to the need for a better understanding of the habits and attitudes of consumers in the wider catchment area. Research resulted in the discovery of certain needs of the target group, needs which differed from the 'norm'. This finding was exploited to its fullest for the development of the  communication strategy for this center,  which is  arguably one of Greece’s most successful.
