For retail feasibility studies Clear works with Javelin Group. Javelin Group undertook the feasibility study of one of Greece’s most renowned shopping centers which, at the time was under development.

Javelin Group carried out an extensive study and bespoke market research of the Greek retail market. As a result they advised on the retail strategy and tenant mix for the shopping center for which they forecasted annual sales which in due course proved to be accurate to within 2%!
